Services
Sub-Zero Appliance Repair Ridgefield provides luxury appliance repair services in Ridgefield,CT and surrounding areas. Our services include diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of household appliances.
Service Appointments
Scheduling
- Appointments can be scheduled online or by phone
- We will confirm your appointment time via phone or text
- An adult (18+) must be present during the service visit
Cancellation
- Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule
- No-shows or same-day cancellations may incur a fee
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances
Pricing and Payment
Diagnostic Fee
A diagnostic fee of $89 applies to all service calls. This fee covers the technician's visit, diagnosis, and repair quote. If you approve the repair, this fee is credited toward your total.
Repair Pricing
- Repair costs will be provided before any work begins
- You are under no obligation to approve the repair
- Prices include parts and labor unless otherwise stated
Payment
- Payment is due upon completion of service
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and checks
- A receipt will be provided for all transactions
Warranty
90 Days Parts and Labor Warranty
- All repairs are covered by our 90 Days warranty
- Warranty covers the same issue on the same repair
- Warranty is void if the appliance is serviced by others
- Warranty does not cover new, unrelated issues
- Warranty is transferable to new property owners
Warranty Exclusions
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents
- Damage from power surges or electrical issues
- Cosmetic damage not affecting function
- Issues caused by improper installation
- Normal wear and tear
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sub-Zero Appliance Repair Ridgefield shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Property Access and Conditions
- You agree to provide safe access to the appliance
- We are not responsible for pre-existing property conditions
- Any damage caused by our negligence will be addressed promptly
- We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe conditions
Parts and Components
- We use OEM-specification parts that meet manufacturer standards
- Replaced parts become our property unless otherwise agreed
- Special-order parts may require deposit and extended timelines
