We offer same-day service for most appointments scheduled before noon. For emergency situations like refrigerator failures, we prioritize scheduling and can often arrive within hours.

What are your hours?
We're available Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, and Sunday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Emergency service is available 24/7.
Do I need to be home during the repair?
Yes, we require an adult (18+) to be present during the service visit. This ensures we can explain our findings, get approval for repairs, and demonstrate that the appliance is working properly after the repair.
Pricing & Payment
How much does a service call cost?
Our diagnostic fee is $89. This covers the technician's visit, complete diagnosis, and a detailed repair quote. If you proceed with the repair, this fee is credited toward your total cost.
Do you provide free estimates?
We provide a detailed estimate after diagnosing your appliance. The $89 diagnostic fee covers this assessment. Phone estimates are not accurate because we need to physically inspect the appliance to identify the issue.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and checks. Payment is due upon completion of the repair. We do not require payment upfront for parts or labor.
Are there any hidden fees?
Never. The price we quote after diagnosis is the price you pay. We don't charge extra for evenings, weekends, or travel within our service area.
